HOW WE WORK

Clarity at every step. Purpose in every decision.

A collaborative path from an initial question to a working product. We define the problem, make progress visible and agree what success looks like together.

01

Discover

We discuss the business outcome, current workflow, existing tools, constraints and stakeholders. Together we identify assumptions that need evidence before making a larger commitment.

WHAT COMES OUT OF THIS STAGEProblem statement, workflow map, risks and discovery questions.
02

Define

We prioritize needs, define acceptance criteria and agree the initial release. A proposal explains deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and commercial terms; timing follows the agreed scope.

WHAT COMES OUT OF THIS STAGERequirements, prioritized scope, proposal and acceptance criteria.
03

Design

User journeys, interface prototypes and technical decisions are reviewed together. We consider permissions, data flow, accessibility, integration contracts and operating constraints before implementation.

WHAT COMES OUT OF THIS STAGEReviewed designs, architecture and a delivery backlog.
04

Build

We implement working slices of the product and use regular reviews to resolve questions. Scope changes are discussed explicitly so the effect on cost and delivery remains visible.

WHAT COMES OUT OF THIS STAGEWorking increments, documented decisions and progress reviews.
05

Validate

Verification is matched to the project: functional checks, important integration paths, permissions, security review, accessibility and performance. Client acceptance uses the criteria agreed earlier.

WHAT COMES OUT OF THIS STAGETest evidence, issue resolution and an acceptance review.
06

Launch & improve

We agree deployment, rollback, operational ownership and handover. Documentation and support arrangements help the team operate the system; feedback informs the next improvements.

Working together

Can you help us define the right starting point?

Yes. Start with the business problem, the people affected and the tools you use today. Discovery helps identify a practical first release, the assumptions to test and the requirements that matter most.

Do we need to know exactly what we want to build?

No. You can bring an early idea, an operational bottleneck or a more detailed brief. We can work through the requirements and agree scope before proposing implementation.

Can you work with our existing software?

We can assess the application, its documentation and available APIs. Integration or improvement options depend on access, technical constraints and the responsibilities of other vendors.

How do you approach AI responsibly?

We evaluate whether AI is suitable, what information it will use and how quality will be measured. Privacy, permissions, evaluation and human oversight are defined for the specific project.

How are cost and timelines determined?

They depend on the agreed scope, complexity, integrations and delivery constraints. We discuss these during discovery and document the proposed approach before work begins.

Who owns the code and project deliverables?

Ownership, licensing and access to source code are defined in the project agreement before implementation. We distinguish project-specific work from existing components and third-party software, and agree the documentation, credentials and handover your team needs.

Can you help after launch?

Maintenance, fixes and further improvements can be included in an agreed support plan. We define coverage, responsibilities and response arrangements in the proposal so your team knows how the software will be supported.

Which company will we work with?

Your proposal names the contracting company and the team responsible for delivery. Ariyon Global LLC and the related companies in Thailand and Vietnam are separate legal entities under common ownership.
